How to Brew Ceylon Tea:

  1. Boil 4 liters of water in a pot.
  2. Turn off the heat and reduce the temperature to 80°C.
  3. Stir 80g of Ceylon black tea leaves into the water until well blended.
  4. Cover the pot and steep for 10 minutes to extract the full flavor.
  5. Strain the tea leaves, and it’s ready to serve.

How to Make Ceylon Milk Tea:

  1. Pour 300ml of brewed Ceylon tea into a shaker.
  2. Add 40g of creamer and 20ml of fructose, stirring until fully dissolved.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake thoroughly.
  4. Serve with your favorite toppings for a creamy, flavorful milk tea experience.
