- Boil 4 liters of water in a pot.
- Turn off the heat and reduce the temperature to 80°C.
- Stir 80g of Ceylon black tea leaves into the water until well blended.
- Cover the pot and steep for 10 minutes to extract the full flavor.
- Strain the tea leaves, and it’s ready to serve.

- Pour 300ml of brewed Ceylon tea into a shaker.
