At OiBoba, we strive to provide high-quality products. However, we only accept returns for faulty or defective items. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges for purchases made due to a change of mind.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase. Items returned outside this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items. If you receive a faulty product and need an exchange, please email info@oiboba.com with your order details and photos of the issue.


Shipping for Returns

For returns, please mail your items to the address provided in our return instructions.

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are non-refundable.
  • For high-value returns (over $75), we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing insurance, as OiBoba cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.

Gift Returns

If the product was marked as a gift during purchase and sent directly to you, we will issue a gift credit upon receiving the returned item.

  • If the item was sent to the purchaser, refunds will be processed to the original buyer.
