Can I get free samples to try?
We do not provide testers or free samples, as we cannot re-bottle or re-package products for hygiene reasons. We recommend purchasing a single bag or bottle to try before placing a larger order.


How do I access wholesale pricing?
Wholesale pricing is available for bulk buyers. Simply select items from our Wholesale page to enjoy discounted rates.


Do you offer additional discounts for bulk purchases?
Yes, further discounts may be available for pallet-sized orders. Please contact us at info@oiboba.com or call us to discuss your needs.


Can I change my order after payment?
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, it cannot be amended.


Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.


What should I do if an item is out of stock?
Due to high demand, some items may occasionally be unavailable. We recommend checking our website regularly for inventory updates when the product is restocked.


What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products typically have a shelf life of 12–24 months from the manufacturing date. However, by the time they arrive in Australia, the remaining shelf life is generally around 10 months.


Can I set up a credit account for my business?
Credit accounts are available for eligible businesses in Sydney metro areas. Please email us at info@oiboba.com for more details.


I’m new to bubble tea—can you provide recipes?
Yes, we’re happy to share simple bubble tea recipes. Contact us for more information.


What is your return policy?
If you need to return an item, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please email info@oiboba.com to initiate a return.


How will refunds be processed?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
