We offer free shipping for orders over $100 to metro areas in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. 25kg Fructose will be exclued. OiBoba reserves the final right of interpretation for this offer.
Do you ship to my city?
Yes, we ship to all cities and towns across Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Darwin, and more. Shipping costs vary by weight and distance.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday from Sydney within 1 to 2 days. During peak seasons/big sales, dispatch may take an additional 2-3 business days. Estimated delivery times:
- QLD/NSW/ACT/VIC/SA: 1-4 business days
- WA/NT/TAS: 3-7 business days
Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays. Orders placed after 12 PM are processed the next business day.
How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping costs are based on the order weight. Add items to your cart, then click “Calculate Shipping” to view costs. For large or bulk orders, contact us for a custom quote.

Can you ship to PO Boxes?
No, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
How can I track my order?
- Sydney metro: A tracking number will be emailed within 3 business days.
- Other locations: A tracking number will be emailed within 3 business days.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days, email us at info@oiboba.com.
What if my parcel is damaged?
For damaged parcels, take clear photos of the item and packaging and email them to info@oiboba.com. We’ll assess your claim promptly. Replacements are not guaranteed.
