✅ How to Brew Assam Tea:

  1. Boil 4 liters of water in a pot.
  2. Turn off the heat and reduce the temperature to 80°C.
  3. Stir 80g of Assam tea leaves into the water until well blended.
  4. Cover the pot and steep for 10 minutes to extract full flavor.
  5. Strain the tea leaves and it’s ready to serve.

✅ How to Make Assam Milk Tea:

  1. Pour 300ml of brewed Assam tea into a shaker.
  2. Add 40g of creamer and 20ml of fructose, stirring well until fully dissolved.
  3. Add ice into the shaker and shake thoroughly.
  4. Serve with your favorite toppings for a rich and creamy milk tea experience.
