Our Oolong Tea Leaves, grown in Taiwan, are premium semi-fermented tea leaves that offer a unique flavor profile. With a taste stronger than green tea but more subtle than fully fermented black teas, Oolong tea is a perfect choice for those who enjoy a fuller, more complex tea experience. It can be enjoyed both hot or cold, making it a versatile base for a variety of beverages.

Our Oolong Tea Leaves are ideal for bubble tea, smoothies, slushies, cocktails, and desserts, and they pair beautifully with creamer and fructose to create a delightful bubble milk tea.

✅ How to Brew Oolong Tea Leaves:

1. Boil 4 liters of water in a pot.
2. Turn off the heat and lower the water temperature to 80°C.
3. Stir 80g of Oolong tea leaves into the water until well blended.
4. Cover the pot and steep for 10 minutes to extract the full flavor.
5. Strain the tea leaves and it’s ready to serve.

✅ How to Make Oolong Milk Tea:

1. Pour 300ml of brewed Oolong tea into a shaker.
2. Add 40g of creamer and 20ml of fructose, stirring well until fully dissolved.
3. Add ice to the shaker and shake thoroughly.
4. Serve with your favorite toppings for a creamy and flavorful milk tea experience.
